Sierra Harris is the mother of three boys, born and raised in Galveston County and a Galveston College Alumni. She has many years of experience in SNF with a deep-rooted passion for Geriatrics. She has worked her way up the ladder starting as a nursing assistant, restorative aide, LVN, and finally a Registered Nurse. Her knowledge and understanding of all levels of care is the driving force behind her dedication to providing the highest level of care to our patients. Teamwork is the key.
